The mixture is poured one by one layer onto the tray in a steamer.
The main ingredients are eggs mixed with sugar and beat until the sugar totally dissolved and becomes frothy.
The gravy is made of santan mixed with pandan leave, salt and plam sugar.
They are mixed until become dough.
After one layer is cooked, then another layer is added into the tray, layer by layer.
